What gets deleted
Your profile, pets and their health records, reminders and care tasks, photos and documents you uploaded, saved location, messages, AI Assistant history, push tokens, and any active subscription link to your account. For businesses: your business profile, services, products and gallery.
What may be kept
Records we are required to retain for legal or accounting reasons, such as completed order and payment records, are kept in anonymised form for up to 7 years. Reviews you left on a business profile stay visible without your name.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription by itself. Cancel it from your device's subscription settings first, or it may continue to renew.
Just need a break?
Deactivate (also in Account Settings) keeps your data but removes your ability to sign in. Contact us if you later want it turned back on.
