Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Pawly, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your pet's information & content
You own the pet profiles, photos, and health records you add. You're responsible for their accuracy — Pawly stores and displays what you enter, and shares it only with roles you explicitly grant access to.
Not a substitute for veterinary care
Pawly's AI Assistant, wellness score, and health tracking tools are for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not replace professional veterinary diagnosis or treatment — always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health.
Bookings & marketplace orders
Appointments and product orders are agreements between you and the provider or seller. Pawly connects you but is not a party to that transaction — payment for marketplace orders is handled directly between you and the seller. If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute from the order or appointment and our support team will review it with both parties.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Pawly Plus, and the Standard and Pro business plans) renew automatically until cancelled. New subscribers get a free trial — 7 days for Pawly Plus and 14 days for business plans — once per store account; the store charges the plan price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Prices and included features are shown before you subscribe. Billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play; manage or cancel anytime from your store subscription settings, and refunds follow the store's policy. Gift codes are one-time use and non-refundable once redeemed.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pawly to post false lost-pet reports, harass other users, upload content you don't have rights to, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Limitation of liability
Pawly is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, including missed reminders, third-party provider conduct, or connectivity issues outside our control.
Ending your account
You can deactivate or permanently delete your account anytime from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Pawly evolves. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
